This notice explains how Rekoparts processes personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data we collect
- Account information such as name, email, phone and authentication records.
- Order, product, pricing and delivery-address information.
- Messages and attachments you send through contact channels.
- Newsletter choices and consent records.
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser information, security events and request timestamps.
How we collect data and the legal bases
Personal data is collected electronically through account and order forms, the contact form, newsletter requests, cookies and browser storage, and technical or security logs; it may also be collected through direct correspondence with our team.
- Account and order processing is necessary to establish or perform a contract under Article 5(2)(c) KVKK.
- Security and abuse-prevention logs are processed for legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), provided fundamental rights are not harmed.
- Commercial, tax and other mandatory records are processed to comply with legal obligations under Article 5(2)(ç).
- Newsletter messages are sent on the basis of explicit consent and in line with e-Commerce Law No. 6563.
Why we use your data
We process data to create and secure accounts, receive and fulfil orders, provide support, communicate about transactions, prevent abuse, maintain legal records and operate the website.
Who we share data with
Only where necessary for these purposes, data may be shared with authorised public bodies, professional advisers, payment/banking providers, email and infrastructure providers, and service providers involved in order delivery.
The relevant carrier receives the minimum recipient, address and contact information needed to deliver an order.
International transfers
Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany); hosted data is stored in the EU, which constitutes a transfer abroad under Article 9 KVKK.

Retention
- Account data is retained while the account remains open and as needed to resolve related matters.
- IP addresses in contact-message and newsletter-consent records are truncated after 90 days during scheduled retention processing; the associated records remain personal data until deleted.
- Order, invoice and transaction records are retained for the periods required by applicable commercial, tax and consumer law.
- Data is deleted, anonymised or securely isolated when the purpose and mandatory retention period end.
Your rights under Article 11
You may ask whether your data is processed; request information; learn the processing purpose and whether data is used consistently with that purpose; learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction, deletion or destruction where conditions apply; ask for those actions to be notified to recipients; object to certain automated outcomes; and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
Send an application that identifies you and the right requested to info@rekoparts.net or by post to the controller address above. We respond within 30 days at the latest, subject to the procedure and any lawful fee.
Security
Measures include encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, email one-time codes for administration, security logging and encrypted backups. No online system can eliminate every risk.
