These terms govern use of the Rekoparts website and the order requests submitted through it.
General Terms
Using the website and your account
- Provide accurate account, contact, vehicle and delivery information.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use.
- Do not interfere with the website, misuse product data or use the service unlawfully.
Products, prices and stock
Product information, prices and availability may change. Part numbers and cross-references help with identification but do not replace checking vehicle compatibility.
Order acceptance
Submitting checkout records an order as pending approval; it is not final acceptance. The sale proceeds only after our sales team confirms availability, price and shipping.
Intellectual property
The Rekoparts name, site design, original text and catalogue presentation may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where law allows.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Rekoparts is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse, incorrect application selection or events beyond reasonable control.
Distance Sales Agreement
Parties and seller identity
The seller is REKO PARTS OTOMOTİV TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, İkitelli OSB Mah. Bağcılar Güngören 11. Blok Sk. No: 59, Başakşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye. Tax office: İkitelli. Contact: info@rekoparts.net, +90 542 660 01 21. The buyer is the person identified in the order.
Subject
The agreement covers the sale and delivery of the products identified in the confirmed order under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Product and price
The product amount is shown in the order summary. Before payment, the sales team confirms the final total including all applicable taxes and the shipping charge; checkout does not add a separate VAT line.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address supplied by the buyer after order confirmation and payment. In consumer sales, Rekoparts fulfils the order no later than 30 days after receiving the order, except for goods prepared to the consumer’s specifications. The buyer is responsible for checking address accuracy and inspecting the parcel on arrival.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer (havale/EFT) using details supplied by the sales team after confirmation. The automatic order email does not contain IBAN details.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, subject to statutory exceptions. See Returns & Exchanges for notice and return steps.
Disputes and governing law
Turkish law applies. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court under Law No. 6502. Where Article 73/A applies, mandatory mediation must be completed before filing a consumer-court claim. Rekoparts is based in İstanbul; mandatory consumer venue rights are not restricted by these terms.
Preliminary Information
Submitting checkout sends an order request. Before you accept our final offer or become obliged to pay, we provide the order-specific pre-contract information (final price including shipping, delivery time, carrier, withdrawal terms) in a form you can retain and ask for your acknowledgement.
Before payment, the buyer should review the information required by Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, including:
- the seller’s identity and contact details;
- the main characteristics and compatibility of the products;
- the confirmed total price, shipping charge and payment method;
- delivery arrangements, complaint handling and performance timing;
- the right of withdrawal, its method and any applicable exceptions;
- available consumer dispute-resolution bodies.
Seller identification, order confirmation and commercial electronic communications are handled under the applicable requirements of e-Commerce Law No. 6563.
